Shirokawa Go ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Special Junmai sake, Polishing ratio: Koji rice 50%, Kake rice 58%, ALC15%. This is the fourth sake from Maruman 😁. A refreshing special junmai sake. Slightly dry, but not too dry, so you won't get tired of drinking it 😋. The main entrance area of Dogo Onsen was undergoing repair work to prevent deterioration and was surrounded by a fancy wall 🧐. The image was taken from the back entrance side of Dogo Onsen. The green decorative wall on the roof is part of the construction exterior wall covering the surrounding area. Thank you for your comment Mayuko😊. It was my first time in Shikoku in 30 years. Haneda→Ehime-Matsuyama→JR Marugame/Kotohira/Takamatsu→JR Naruto→Tokushima Airport→Haneda...it was a bullet tour but I enjoyed it. Next time I plan to visit mainly hot springs😅.

For my third cup, I decided on "Jogawago"! Jogawago, not Shirakawago... 🧐 Fruity aroma of peach and melon with a strong presence. It also has a silky smooth taste, perfect for a mealtime drink! It has a slight clear sweetness, but at the same time it has a light and dry type of sake quality, so it washes out the oil from fries and is a great palate cleanser ✨. I found the fried "Jako-ten" that Pon-chan recommended and had it, which was really sinfully delicious...! Paired with the condiments and sake, it was a blissful moment 😇.
