No wonder you don't see them in the Kansai region.

It is spicy from the start, but clean and refreshing. Elegant sweetness and spiciness.
I was surprised that it came in a small light green bottle for the sake on display. I had to try this rare brand of high quality sake!

I googled it and it looks like it costs about 3000 yen.
It was fruity, dry, beautiful and expensive sake!
I wonder if it's hard to make it unique when the rice is polished 🤔.
The basic taste is so similar that it's hard to understand 💦.
I drank Ehime sakes with similar specs in rapid succession, so my impressions of other sakes may be mixed up 🙄.
