クリアタイプ。HPで解説してあるイチゴミルク感はわからない。けど、スッキリ感の余韻が楽しめる感じで、普段の城川郷の美味しさの期待を裏切らない美味しさがある。

I drank it while remembering how I enjoyed Ozu Castle and the Elk River in the summer. I was a bit skeptical as I drank it. It is a sake right from the start. It has a full-bodied flavor of rice with a hint of ginjo on the palate. It is a good choice for this year's first sake. The label is fashionable, but at the same time authentic. It does not look like Nanyo, but it is.
