Now Igarashi Sake Brewery is complete 😝. It's not a draft sake, but it needs to be refrigerated, but it's delicious warmed up too ❓❓❓❓ but I can't drink heated sake on this hot day, so I'll drink it chilled to a crisp. ✌️ The aroma is mild but apple-like. It's not gassy at all. Igarashi is known for its gasiness when pumped directly from the bottle. It has a slight sweetness in the mouth 👄. And a slight bitterness that spreads 👄. This is a well-balanced sake, It doesn't have any outstanding characteristics, but as a food sake, I would give it an acceptable score. ✌️

キレのよい香り。甘すぎず辛すぎず、濃すぎず薄すぎず。魚の脂にも負けない程度の存在感。個人的にはすごく旨い。フルーティーさが好きな人には受けないだろうけど。ドライすぎでもない旨さ。ジューシーでもないけど、食中酒に呑みたい酒。

埼玉県飯能市の酒。珍しいので購入。 酒米は山田錦。 香りはほぼなし。口に含むとかすかにセメダイン臭はあるが、すっきりした味わい。 辛口好きにははまるお酒かと思います。
