Aroma: weak ginjo aroma
Sweetness with umami and characteristic bitterness on the palate
Bitter taste skips acidity.
The aftertaste is pungent and sharp.
The sharpness from the bitterness is
Sake strength -5?
I had a good impression of the hiyaoroshi version of this one, so I bought the raw version. The rice used is Ginfuki. The aroma is mild. It's clean and slightly sweet. After that, the ginjo aroma comes in like a chase. I think the hiyaoroshi version was more fruity and tasty.
To be honest, I don't really like it. Just because a sake is good when it's hired doesn't mean it's good when it's raw...
It was my first time to try Usuzakura. I missed the chance to buy nama sake, so I bought hiyaoroshi.
The rice is Ginfuki. It has a relaxed atmosphere. The aroma is a little fruity. It has a mild sweet umami taste. Is it sweet among the Hiyaoroshi?
I fell in love with the beautiful flowers and cute cat on the label 😻.
The aroma is apple-like and the taste is sweet yet refreshing.
The name comes from the fact that the taste of the sake is like a cat that thinks it is being pampered and then disappears from the scene on a whim 💡.
The sake I bought today at the brewery
The label looks like it's going to be popular with the girls (^0^^)
It's not just the label, it's the taste, and it's not just the label, it's the taste, and it's a girl's favorite.
A little bit of gorgeous aroma and a little bit of fruity taste❗️
If you're looking for it, if you want to invite it, this might be a good one!
When you open it, it's piquant and carbonated.
It has a fruity taste and aroma.
It was like an adult peach soda.
I didn't change the temperature and only drank it cold, but
It was the kind of drink that you can enjoy on draft that seems to be good for it.
I've heard that the sake rice, "Ginbukisetsu", has a fluffy taste, but
The refreshing aftertaste is impressive.
Also, the design of the label is cute!
