I don't know...
Hatsukappa's EPISODE
While I was looking at the refrigerator at my usual liquor store, a madam came in right after me and asked, "Do you have any bottles of Kappa? I love Kappa. I heard her saying to the owner, "We'll stock it next time," etc. I didn't think anything of it at the time, but after I left the store, I couldn't stop thinking about kappa, so I decided to try one more place, and I was in a hashigo-shakaya state.
We drove about 30 minutes and got kappa at the next liquor store.
This store also had some sake that I was interested in, so I ended up buying 6 bottles just that day.
Since I have some stock at home, I'm wondering if I finally need a refrigerator dedicated to sake.
Have any of you ever been to a liquor store where you bought a lot of sake?
Well, Kappa has a dry rummy taste and a tingling sensation, and it is refreshing.
It has a tangy, refreshing, but thin and cloudy taste.
I think you will love the taste of Kappa.
Tonight's entrée was a ehomaki, sardines, and isotempura of sasamimi, etc., which were delicious, although I was full.
Hi, Mr. Sutalone 😃
We too sometimes visit liquor stores and stock up in large quantities 🤗Last Christmas we visited 5 stores and stocked up on 15 bottles 😆 Dry Kappa! I'm curious!
Hello Jay & Nobby 😃.
Thank you for taking the time to read our long article.
It is great that you went to 5 stores and stocked 15 bottles.
How do you manage your liquor?
Do you have a refrigerator dedicated to alcohol?
We are both sake lovers, so sake takes up the entire middle section of the fridge 😆.
When it overflows, we use a small refrigerator that our kids used to use when they were students 🤗.

📍Sushi Matsuyama
🍶Kappa
I visited Sushi Matsuyama for the first time.
At first glance, I thought he was a taciturn owner.
but he seemed to like to talk about spiritual matters and we hit it off.
We hit it off. We hit it off... 👽LOL
I would like to go back to this restaurant 🍣.
Kappa is definitely delicious 🍶.
Dry sake with no unpleasant taste
Delicious!
You can drink it like water
Today's starting drink 🍶.
Kappa by Yonezuru: ‼️
Fruity aroma on the palate 🍎.
It has a nice sharp aftertaste and is perfect as a food sake ✨✨✨✨.
It's a 1:1 bottle so it goes fast...
Polishing ratio 60%, Sake degree +10
The aroma has a slight yet sparkling rice-derived sweetness, pear fruity.
In the mouth, a light sweetness with a hint of fresh peach, while a bitter bitterness emerges from the back.
As you swallow, the complex sweetness, bitterness, and acidity overlap and transform into umami, rising sharply.
The lingering taste is dominated by a nutty flavor and strong bitterness.
It is a light food sake when served chilled, and its umami increases as the temperature rises.
The bitter bitterness is impressive.
It is delicious!
No peculiarities and a clean taste.
Because of its dry taste, it is best to drink it as a partner for meat dishes rather than by itself.
Ordered at NISHIYA, a kuwa-yaki restaurant in Tenma
It is a little different from the usual, light and cloudy. It has a soft mouthfeel with a clean dry finish. It is easy to drink and goes well with fatty foods.
