Special Junmai Sake Kappa⭐️⭐️⭐️
Rice polishing ratio 60%, ALC 15
Sake degree +10
This is the sixth sake of the day.
The aroma is subtle, foreshadowing the deliciousness of rice, and when you take a sip, it seems to assert that it is a dry sake, followed immediately by bitterness and sourness.
As a personal preference, I gave it 3 stars in comparison to Tomikyucho Shinbashi no Otoko-tachi no Sake, which I had before this sake😅.

Drinking with members of "Kansai Sake-no-wa" on a business trip to Osaka.
After our small offline meeting, we found a sushi restaurant that was busy late at night, so we decided to order a topping and some sake 💦.
[After getting the "Nameko" and "Daishichi", we ordered sushi, which was basically 2 pieces for 280 yen including tax, which seemed cheap compared to the quality of the sushi.
I added one last drink to go with the sushi 🍶.
Kappa Special Junmai Sake Super Dry.
Aroma of mellow rice, a clean taste, sweetness of the sake, and a clean finish, followed by the sweet aftertaste of the sake.
This is the first "Kappa" at Sake-no-Wakami. Originally, there was a popular izakaya called "Kappa" in downtown Fukui [Katamachi], where Mr. Kazuhiko Ota used to visit...
But due to the Corona disaster and succession problems, it was closed and I haven't been able to drink there since then.
I remember that restaurant's "pickled squid" was delicious!
Oh, and the sushi at Kitaro Sushi was delicious, of course.
After the first day of the business trip, I returned to the hotel, got plenty of sleep, and went back to the hotel for the next day's business trip? Drinking sake? I'll be ready for the next day's business trip 🤣.
Hi Jive-san.
Sushi restaurant snacks are so delicious, you can't help but order them ✨.
And they definitely go well with sake 🎵.
Sushi and Yonezuru is the duo that got me hooked on sake 😊.
It was a good end to the meal!
Gyves, I'm with you 😃.
You're a great drinker with a great sense of smell 😋! You got into a good restaurant with a drinker's sense of smell 😋👍You've had a solid first day 🤗.
And the next day... let's go: ‼️
Hi ma-ki-, good evening 🌛.
I thought I only wanted to finish with sushi, but when I looked at the menu, my mind was swayed 😁.
The owner of this restaurant has a comment on each sake they serve, so it's easy to choose the sake that goes with the entrée you want to eat!
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 🌛.
It was late, so I thought we could go to a BAR, but we found a restaurant with twinkling lights 😁.
I looked at my notes later and found that I drank quite a few drinks in two days💦.
Today we have "Kappa" super dry +10❗️ from Yamagata's Yonezuru with an impressive picture of a kappa, a slightly darker ooze, and overall light white in appearance.
The aroma is junmai raw sweet. After a sip, there is a mild mouthfeel followed by a tingling sensation on the tongue. However, there is not much of a spicy, super-harsh taste, but rather a dry, refreshing taste. Then the sweet aroma of junmai raw passes through the nose. ❗️❗️
Yonesuru Kappa
This is a very dry wine that can be drunk in large gulps to make a strong dish taste better. Be careful.

I don't know...
