Alcohol content is 8%, the same low as Amanagashi
Fruity aroma like pear or grape, and almost dense sweetness for a sparkling wine.
Taste is sweeter than expected, but sweet and sour with a tartness like grape grapes, like grape grapes from Kyoho grape.
Not much on the bitter side, but overall refreshing and very drinkable
I think it's a delicious sparkling that's as good as Ten Frog.
