Kaishuichi, also known as Kaishuichi Sake Brewery, is the representative brand of Yamaguchi Gomei Kaishuichi.
Although the brewery has a history of over 360 years, it is the oldest and newest brewery in Aizu, having closed its doors and undergone a major rebuild in 2007. Although the brewery is downsizing, it is still brewing sake with a focus on Fukushima products.
The flavor is punchy and gutsy,
