Special Junmai🍶Fuku no Kou✨20% Yamadanishiki🌾, 80% Fukunokou🌾.
A little heavy aroma, but not harsh. It is not harsh. It has a sweetness like cotton candy. Although it is dry +7, it also has a sweetness. The sweet seasoned Aizu specialty ika ninnin🦑🥕 raises the spiciness and increases the sharpness😋.
The restaurant's menu says, "Milky and fresh pear aroma. The milky and refreshing pear aroma, with a fresh sweetness and laid-back mellowness, makes for an appealing mouthfeel. The spiciness that spreads from the bottom of the palate gives it a broad depth." ✍️

Ginjo 🍶 Fukushima Prefecture Yume no Kaori 🌾.
Alcoholic on the palate 😳. It's like a sacred sake. But when you drink it, it's spicy but mild. Spicy citrus 🍊, acetate. The attack is softened by Aizu's specialty, ika carrots🦑. ☺️ Chashu pork also goes well. It tastes better while eating.

Kaishuichi, also known as Kaishuichi Sake Brewery, is the representative brand of Yamaguchi Gomei Kaishuichi.
Although the brewery has a history of over 360 years, it is the oldest and newest brewery in Aizu, having closed its doors and undergone a major rebuild in 2007. Although the brewery is downsizing, it is still brewing sake with a focus on Fukushima products.
The flavor is punchy and gutsy,
The flavor is very drinkable.
It is also good heated.

Junmai Unrefined Nama Sake🍶Fuku no Kou🌾80%, Yamadanishiki🌾20%.
Clean and sharp 😆. When you drink it, you can feel the sizzling and peachy 🍑Kitakata soy sauce ramen🍜 is delicious 😋It is a wonderful restaurant that makes you feel like you have traveled to Aizu and Kitakata 🎉.
Menu description: "Pear and G-fruit type. Transparent, light body with fresh sweetness. It is soft on the throat and has a bitter aftertaste that finishes very pleasantly. It is able to express the aroma of happiness without the unpleasant taste of fire-aged sake, and the unrestrainedness of nama-zake is well summarized."
