Menu description: "Pear and G-fruit type. Transparent, light body with fresh sweetness. It is soft on the throat and has a bitter aftertaste that finishes very pleasantly. The rice is Fukunokou. This is also not found in Kansai, so I bought it.
The aroma is slightly pineapple. It is fruity but a little dry and refreshing. Slight sweetness. I was told it was dry, but I didn't feel it was that dry.
It's light, but it may not be enough for some people.
I drank it for the first time.

I bought this at the Fukushima Osaka office. I bought it because I have not seen many of them in Kansai. It was the first pressing of the year. It is fresh, crisp, deliciously dry, and when the temperature rises, the sweetness becomes a little stronger. Fukushima sake is delicious.
