Sake bought on a trip to Niigata. I drank a lot and carefully selected the sake I bought. Sake from a rice-producing region! It is refreshingly fruity, not too sweet, and super easy to drink. The bottle shape is unique and makes a nice sound when pouring 😄.

It is brewed by brewers who carry on the long tradition of brewing.
The sake is full of rice🍚 flavor.
A perfect balance of umami, sweetness, and bitterness 😆.
