We had a 1-coin tasting at the sake tasting machine at the Echigo-Yuzawa Ponju-Kan.
Junmai Daiginjo named after the founder of Shirotaki Sake Brewery in Kozensuijo.

I wonder if it was the best on that day. It seemed to be the store's recommendation.
