Polishing ratio 50%, ALC 15-16 degrees
We had a Junmai Daiginjo drinking comparison of Minatoya Tousuke, Tsururei and Hakkaizan at Kaigake Onsen.
All the sakes were delicious and we were happy.

At a dinner party with people who do not drink sake at all.
The owner of the restaurant seemed to be pleased with my gulping down sake and brought it to me, saying, "We have a special sake for you to taste.
It was delicious, but I didn't get to the "special" part!
An example of Junmai Daiginjo! The taste is so refreshing and clear that it makes you think, "This is a good drink. The salted and grilled Nodoguro (market price) is a must! That's right! A combination that will make you want to eat and drink endlessly 🐟🍶✨.
Crystal silver color tone with a sense of transparency
Gorgeous aroma of apple, pear, melon, a hint of banana, and acacia.
Aromas of fresh cream and yogurt, plus fresh powder.
Smooth acidity along with elegant sweetness. The palate has a light impression and is light, but there is a slightly stronger bitterness on the finish, which is light but lingers for a long time.
This sake has a beautiful impression, typical of the Shirotaki Shuzo brewery that produces Kozen Nyosui.
This is a Junmai Daiginjo sake that shows quite a bit of care in the shape of the bottle.
The aroma is gorgeous and crisp, but when you drink it, it is still sweet and gorgeous. However, it is crisp, so the sweetness does not linger in the mouth, but disappears quickly. In that sense, it is an interesting sake that washes away all the strong flavors at once.
I was just drinking it with bacon ahijos and jarred chives, so it was an unexpected match.
