The aroma is subdued but slightly sweet.
The mouthfeel is soft and watery, but soon the pungency of alcohol is felt. The aftertaste is refreshing and slightly sweet with a light spiciness.

Unusual for Niigata sake?
Sake with a strong sweetness.
I like it.
I drank it at Ponshukan last year
but also at Nakanoya which is a little bit expensive
We had it with hegi-no-Soba (buckwheat noodle).
I guess it's clear and dry. I didn't think so when I drank it last time, but today's feeling may be a bit close to Hakkaisan. Maybe because I tasted Hakkaisan at Uonuma no Sato yesterday. It is a beautiful sake that is easy to drink, as it is from the Kamizen brewery. I like that the rice is Koshitanrei!
