Dry and punchy with a gorgeous sake aroma.
There is not much sharpness. The aroma is strong in the mouth and the punch comes afterwards.
It goes well with both seafood and meat.
Niigata's sake is good.
The aroma is subdued but slightly sweet.
The mouthfeel is soft and watery, but soon the pungency of alcohol is felt. The aftertaste is refreshing and slightly sweet with a light spiciness.
