A trip to Inatori Hamanoyu to celebrate my daughter's graduation. I bought this sake at a liquor store in Inatori, and it was the first time I saw this local Shizuoka Prefecture sake. The aroma is like a freshly squeezed melon, and the taste is thick and bitter.
After returning home, I kept it refrigerated, but the aroma has decreased and it is minus ⭐︎1
