The rice used is unknown.
I bought it partly because it came with a glass and partly because I thought I could use the reasonably sized square bottle for something... What should I use it for?
There is a lot more information in "Gensho", and I want to say "Isn't this more like Gensho⁉️?
The taste is an orthodox Junmai-shu.
It is slightly sweet and has a sense of maturity.
The aftertaste is refreshing, so it is easy to drink. However, it is not the type that will make you snap.
The glass that came with the bottle is small, but it's very solid and has a nice texture. I can use this!
