The second drink was a sake from Kyoto. It was my first time. It is soft on the palate, but the spiciness soon sets in. I paired it with three grilled skewers.
It was also served hot. When I told my mom that I drink a lot of different kinds of sake, she bought this bottle from a nearby supermarket. It is a small bottle, so you can drink it like a cup of sake. There were about 10 more bottles. Thank you very much. I would like to finish it during the winter.
The 🐻🐢 lineup has a strong and thick taste even though it is sparkling, as most of the breweries have a profound taste.
It's dry and curdling! Alcoholic feeling
<Gentle, gentle acidity and bitterness, with a hint of umami.
It is served chilled.
The aroma is sweetness of honey, lactic acid, muscat and refreshing alcohol. It's gentle, but it's gorgeous. It looks delicious.
The mouthfeel is as smooth as water, with a faint fruity acidity and bitterness. Then the refreshing sourness and bitterness swells slightly, and the sweetness and umami appear modestly. Then it disappears quickly.
It is a thin taste. But even after you swallow it, a hint of the gentle and refreshing umami remains in your mouth. The aftertaste is pleasant. It is also pleasant to have a gentle alcohol aroma in the nose. It is like an impressionist painting.
Speaking of Impressionism in Ghibli, it's the world of Ybarad in "Mimi wo Sumereba". It is a fantastic world in the story of Shizuku. The artist who drew this background is Naohisa Inoue. I love this world so much that I bought an art book of it, and I used to use it as my PC wallpaper. It's pale and gentle, and yet it's memorable.
Satisfaction level: ★★★☆☆
I'll post the full version on the blog, complete with character images and such. If you'd like, you can search for "Korunezake" or visit the link in my profile section.
This is the third bottle of Rui Yoshida's recommended set.
It is dry taste. I wonder what I should pair it with. It's not an all-purpose sake, but rather a sake with which you can clearly distinguish its compatibility.
This is the third of the three bottles I bought last week.
The first bottle is gone in a jiffy.
This sake is spicy from the first sip ☺️It's delicious.
