This is the third of the three bottles I bought last week. The first bottle is gone in a jiffy. This sake is spicy from the first sip ☺️It's delicious.

It was also served hot. When I told my mom that I drink a lot of different kinds of sake, she bought this bottle from a nearby supermarket. It is a small bottle, so you can drink it like a cup of sake. There were about 10 more bottles. Thank you very much. I would like to finish it during the winter.

「名水シリーズ」3本目は京都伏見の「京の香梅」。酸味苦味強め、旨味というよりはべたっとした穀物の重たい味に近い。後味はもったり後引く感じ。申し訳ないけど苦手な味でした。こういう系の味って何が影響してるんだろうなぁ。
