[Unreferenced intoxication review
Aroma: Slightly caramelized.
Intensity: I think it is light
Characteristics: Caramelized taste
Snacks: Pork with ginger! Yum!
Cottage cheese, yogurt, and lactic acid-based flavors spread
The attack is softer than expected, with a smooth texture and a lactic acidity that spreads and turns into a bitterness (umami).

Ikarashi Junmai Miyamanishiki 100% Polished rice 59% al15 degrees
Purchased for home use at Super Maruetsu
As this sake was drunk before April 2017, when I started using the app to record the label image and the date I drank it, I have uniformly set the date I drank it as 2017/04/01 for a while.
It is unadjusted and has an alcohol content of 17 degrees, so it is served on the rocks.
A hint of apple aroma
It has a strong flavor.
I think it goes well with strong flavors such as Chinese.
Crystal clear and colorless. Aromas of cooked rice, cheese, pear and honeysuckle. Crisp, dry and sweet on the palate with a refreshing acidity and a lingering finish.
As soon as you put it in your mouth, the lactic acidity characteristic of a nascent yeast mash spreads, but it pulls away easily, making you want to drink a second glass right away. If you heat it up, you'll be surprised at how strong the body is. It's a sake that really warms up. It's truly a sake that warms up. You can buy this at the supermarket for 1000 yen. I feel like I can get through this winter just by having this option.
It was a gift.
The taste didn't settle down for a while after opening the bottle, but I felt it was an elusive sake.
It tasted very good five days after opening the bottle.
I think it is best to drink it soberly over several days.
