I don't have much of a chance to drink mountain yew, but personally, it's more like Cosmos. I heard that the original Momoyama Yu is made from white koji, but this one is made from regular yellow koji. The aroma isn't quite as banana-like as it should be, but it's definitely there, and I think the mild flavor is quite similar to Cosmos. It's a delicious, easy to drink drink drink.

🐻Lapidus' predecessor drink. They don't make it anymore. It's refreshing and slightly sweet. But it's also slightly fumed and dry. It has a strong wood vat aroma in the second half. Fruity + crispness of new politics. I love it so much! Too bad it's not there anymore.

white mountain air Akitakisakomachi (Japanese sake brewing company) 60% polished rice 15% alcohol by volume. Characteristic sourness I drank it with Miyamanishiki. If you don't drink it at the same time, you probably can't tell the difference. Miyamanishiki is more acidic (fizzy and fresh) is stronger and Akitakomachi is mild.

Kanon. The liquor store's cornerstone. Some of them aren't even for sale. I'm sure he's got a corner shot. We often have a drinking contest project. It comes in handy (although it's a bit expensive). You're keenly aware of the effect of yeast on the CEL24 yeast.

AOYAMA YU Misamanishiki I've never seen it sold or served. It was my first time in the mountains. Wrong rice for sake. Miyamanishiki and Akitashikomachi You're not sure which one you want to be. A customer next to me also recommended me to compare drinks, so I didn't care. It was my first time in the mountains, and the next one And you never know when you're going to meet them. Well, I'm glad I drank it. The sourness is characteristic, but not as strong as a flax cat. The difference between Miyamanishiki and Akitashikomachi If you don't drink it at the same time, you probably won't be able to tell. Misan Nishiki is more acidic (fizzy and fresh). is stronger and Akitakomachi is mild. I think I like Miyamanishiki because it's more interesting. They opened the package at about the same time and the process took about a day. I found out later. Production has been discontinued. This stocking stuffer seems to be our last chance.
