This time I reached 500 check-ins 🎉!
I would have liked to open a bottle of "that" brand, but the release schedule for the specs I was aiming for has been delayed and I haven't been able to get it yet, but I will open it as soon as I can get it 🤣.
Well, actually, I had some sake that was given to me before the last time I drank "Morinokumasan", so I will drink this one this time 🍶.

When my wife got sick and asked me what I wanted to eat after her fever broke, I told her "Chicken Keema Curry" by Spista Ritemaska. Chicken Keema Curry" by "Spice Theatre Masuka?
The master and I got into a lively conversation about sake, and we were given the rest of the sake that was opened at the beginning of the year as a sacred drink.
The aroma was like old sake, and the mouthfeel had a mild sweetness and sourness, and the nose had an aged aroma similar to that of pickles.
It was kept covered with plastic wrap for a while, so I guess it was still a bit twitchy😅.
［I read the review by Masaaki Sapporo that it has a citrusy aroma and a firm sweetness, so I'd like to drink it right after opening next time 😁.
The 4th picture is the Chettinad Chicken Curry from Spatari, my favorite way to eat it with beer while sweating from the spiciness 🍴Spice fully recharged 🥰.
