It has a hiyaoroshi-like sake flavor, but it's mildly delicious. It goes well with sashimi, grilled fish, and vegetables in good balance. I feel like it's easy to get drunk. Maybe it's because I haven't had sake in a while.
It seems to be a blend with Kurashu. It doesn't have the aroma of the Hanaichi style, and the Kurashu comes to the fore, but it's delicious in its own way.
