Dry with a unique flavor and richness.
It is dry and comes in smoothly.
It spreads quickly in the mouth and disappears quickly.
The alcohol is a bit of a buzzing sensation on the side of the tongue.
It goes really well with kimchi soy milk hot pot!
Maybe it goes with the spiciness...?

Hirosaki customer takeover finished, "Hachidori Sake Shop". I found it on my way home.
I knew almost nothing about sake.
They say that sake is locally produced for local consumption and is not sold in other prefectures.
There was one sake I was interested in, Miyamanishiki, though.
If I buy it today, it will be in my luggage, so if I buy it, it will be in mini bottles.
I chose one that I could use as a vase for a single-flower vase when I'm done drinking.
The name is also very spring-like.
Well, the taste...
It has a strong alcohol taste, and it comes with a thump.
Well, it's just like old Japanese sake.
It doesn't look like spring..."
I thought it would be light and refreshing.
The cherry blossoms at Hirosaki Castle are still in full bloom.
Hirosaki seems to be a cider city.
I was treated to sushi by my senpai. I was challenged to try a sake that I had never had before, so I tried "Hana Ippu".
The glass was filled to the brim. It went well with sashimi and sushi, and we guzzled it down. In the end, we drank about four glasses.
This sake is made from "Hana Ippu". Delicious!
