・・・ This sake is in the middle of "Hanaichi Kaze" which has a sharp taste with suppressed ginjo aroma.
The two event sets of Hana Ikkaze have the same rice, milling ratio, and alcohol content, but this one is sharp and the special junmai is soft.
It has a strong sweet taste on the palate, but it disappears quickly and the aftertaste is rather refreshing. It is well said that it is Huaichi style!
This sake came out of Aomori-ya's "sake spigot".
We enjoyed it with a snack of "pickled yam with garlic and soy sauce".

This is my first time drinking Tamada Shuzo, but I can say that it is superb.
Even at this level of taste, it's not easy to find in Tokyo, but you can feel the depth and height of the sake as a whole.
