At Uemoto Shoten
I had never heard of this brand before, but the clerk recommended it, so I bought a four-pack.
It has an apple-like sweetness, umami, a strong acidity, and a good sharpness.

Good evening, Mr. Samuchi.
I see you went to Uemosanma too💦.

I got it for free 😀
I couldn't cook it well though😅
Good evening, tkmts🍶.
I recently found out about this liquor store, it was near my second son's room who lives alone.
They have a lot of fruity sake and some brands you won't find anywhere else.
It's a good liquor store that I like 🎵.
Eririn, konpan ha 🌃
Aomori, it's delicious, just like Tasake!
I've never seen it before either!
I'm so jealous that you get to travel all the way to Aomori!
Hakkouda!
Second round of drinking comparison
The second is "Hana Ippu
Fried bean curd and ginger go well together.
I was under the impression that I could enjoy it with food.
but I was already drunk.
I was already drunk.
But it was delicious!
Easy to drink
The aroma and taste are just right, or not too strong.
I was going to leave it and let it sit for a couple of days and drink it.
I opened it.
Fruity apple-like aroma.
The mouthfeel is spicy with a fruity taste similar to the aroma.
It goes down smoothly, so you can't help but drink more and more 😊.
It's interesting to see the gap between the fluffy glamour and the crisp, ultra-dry taste.
The bitterness is quite strong.
The alcohol feeling on the tongue is very strong.
