We will have Junmai Ginjo from the brewery of an acquaintance. I left it in the fridge for a while, but after opening the bottle, it had a light gas and a fruity taste! It has a solid taste of amino acid rather than sweetness or acidity. This brewery's amazake has been featured on TV and can be bought in Tokyo, but it's hard to buy sake in Tokyo, so if I ever get to Nagano again, I'd like to buy some!

It is a very versatile sake that is easy to pair with sashimi and meat dishes. It is very versatile and easy to match. When you open the bottle, you can smell a good Ginjo smell. It is a Junmai Ginjo summer sake brewed with soft water from Nagano. It has a nice and refreshing taste with the sake rice flavor.

Delicious! The flavor of the rice is strong and mellow, and it looks good with sukiyaki or sauteed mushrooms with butter!
