Buy at Urawa Isetan Nagano Prefecture Saku Hitogochi Polishing ratio 59 Mujinzou Hiyaoroshi 2021.09 I bought it as recommended. 720ml about 1,700 yen 3 times a year The first one from December, unfiltered raw sake The second summer ginjo from May to August And the Hiyaoroshi Junmai Ginjo from September to November. It is a very versatile sake that is easy to pair with sashimi and meat dishes. It is very versatile and easy to match. I personally like the slightly quirky ginjo aroma that comes through only at the end. This is a bottle that will make you want to take one more sip. Thank you very much for the food. ★★☆☆☆☆

I bought it on a recommendation at a store I stopped by on my way home from work. The more I drank, the more I enjoyed it. The more you drink it, the more it doesn't interfere with the other ingredients, it's so refreshing and dry. Thank you, waitress!

Easy to drink. This is also fruity. The aftertaste is stronger than the Kamenoumi Namazake Junmai Daiginjo. I think the aftertaste is firm. Both are delicious, depending on your mood. My husband can drink this too.

It is clean, dry and has a slight ginjo aroma. The gradation of the blue bottle and the mujinjo is very beautiful. It was procured at the sake sales area in Mitsukoshi Nihonbashi. The salesman was a nice middle-aged man who was super stylish for Saku City, Nagano Prefecture (image).

When you open the bottle, you can smell a good Ginjo smell. It is a Junmai Ginjo summer sake brewed with soft water from Nagano. It has a nice and refreshing taste with the sake rice flavor.

It's great to drink sake while watching soccer! We bought this sake directly from the brewery in Nagano last week. Maybe it's because it's a summer Ginjo, but it's very refreshing. It has no habits, and the sake goes on and on! The rice polishing ratio is 59. ☆☆☆

It was a gift. It was left at room temperature for nearly a year, even though it was a raw sake 😅. It may be quite different from the original flavor. The nose is highly alcoholic. The taste is fresh and firm and delicious. I sensed quite a bit of acidity on the back end.

Delicious! The flavor of the rice is strong and mellow, and it looks good with sukiyaki or sauteed mushrooms with butter! (I have it with grilled nodoguro, octopus sashimi, fried komatsuna and carrots. Also, I drink it cold, but I like it warmed up. I kind of like the label too! I didn't know the brand, but I'll look into it more later! grated radish sprouts at the end of autumn 16% alcohol by volume. Rice polishing rate 59%.
