Mutenzo of Tachibanakura Shuzo, which we visited during our Saku Sake brewery tour in GW. My wife bought it as a souvenir. It is sweet and delicious. The sweetness is still there, but it is not too strong, and the spiciness finishes it off. Delicious.
The next stop was the Tachibanagura Sake Brewery. The fourth photo shows an accommodation on the premises. The fourth photo shows the accommodation on the premises, which the proprietress says is operated by a different company. I bought a bottle of Mujinzou unfiltered unpasteurized sake brewed with Saku's Hitogokochi. It has a nice aroma and a dry taste. The alcohol content is 17 degrees. But it was easy to drink and delicious.

The aroma is fresh and gorgeous, just as the pink label suggests.
The taste is fresh like a white wine, followed by a heavy and robust flavor, just like the original sake.

Since I live in Nagano Prefecture, I thought I should try drinking more local sake instead of drinking only kudoki-oi, as the year 2024 has just begun.
But in the end, I drank some sake from outside the prefecture, but all of them were at drinking parties. I was so drunk that I don't remember what it tasted like, and I don't even remember the sake crocodile. I am sure it was good. It was a bitter disappointment. I am so sorry.
And now, I'm drinking "Mujinkura ORO" in bed.
Tachibanakura Shuzo.
This is called Tachibanakura "Kikura".
I have never had it before, so I bought it.
The label is stylish, like wine.
The shape of the bottle is also stylish with a streamlined design.
Aroma
The aroma is of rice flavor and a hint of sourness.
The interesting thing about the aroma of this sake is that it has a slight "rocky shore" aroma. It really brought back memories of enjoying rock fishing in the summer. (This is overwhelmingly subjective).
Taste
Full-bodied and acidic on the palate. Sake degree is positive? It is dry with a touch of umakuchi. The aftertaste is clean and crisp. The aftertaste is short. The combination of umami and acidity in the nose reminds one of the aroma of "Iso" (rocky shore).
Summary
A food sake. Tachibanakura's sake is sold with this unique acidity and umami. It was a great sake that I would like to drink while eating something at an izakaya.

#Sake
Another version of Mushinzou Sake, with a crisp rather than fragrant taste and a slight aftertaste. Sake made with rice called Kinmon-nishiki grown in Nagano and cosmos yeast from Saku at Uozuoya.
Tachibanagura Sake Brewery in Usuda, Saku is owned by the family of Mr. Ide, a councilor in Saku, and is very famous for its aroma. It has an aroma (?) and wakes up your eyes.
