The nose is highly alcoholic.
The taste is fresh and firm and delicious.
I sensed quite a bit of acidity on the back end.
Delicious! The flavor of the rice is strong and mellow, and it looks good with sukiyaki or sauteed mushrooms with butter! (I have it with grilled nodoguro, octopus sashimi, fried komatsuna and carrots. Also, I drink it cold, but I like it warmed up.
I kind of like the label too! I didn't know the brand, but I'll look into it more later!
