Purchased on a trip to Shimabara. It may be sold only in Nagasaki Prefecture. It is a junmai-shu, which seems to be a junmai-shu. It has a full-bodied rice flavor with a sweet and spicy aftertaste. I felt it lacked individuality, but it was a cosy sake. (It was about 1,200 yen).

I moved from Osaka to Nagasaki.
Today, I was invited by a local company,
Futami" for the first time in 5 years😋.
It is a ryotei restaurant in Motegi, a secluded area of Nagasaki City overlooking Tachibana Bay.
We had a great dinner of seafood 😆.
The sake was "Kine-no-Kawa" from Isahaya.
It is also a summer-only sake. A little spicy...
We were satisfied👍
