Isahaya, Isahaya, Japan
It is only available at Hiradochiya in Hirado-Koyamachi. It has a nice sharp taste with a deep aftertaste that I really like. 5 stars
Kine-no-kawa Junmai Unfiltered Unrefined Unmixed Sake.
Kine-no-kawa has been brewed in Isahaya, Nagasaki for more than 180 years, and is a rare sake that is only sold at "Sake-no-Hiratokoya" in Hirado. It has a creamy taste with a lactic acidity reminiscent of a sake yeast yeast yeast, and is full of umami!
For the last meal of our trip to Nagasaki
Dry with a hint of sharpness
I would describe it as dry with a sharp taste
Aroma of the nose
Even at room temperature
No peculiarity or bad taste at all
Elegant sake all the way

Hotel drinking on business trip #2
I arrived at Nagasaki on the last flight. Tomorrow, I was planning to have a drink with local food a little late...but unfortunately, stores close early only in the countryside.
The only other restaurant was also closed due to the master's whim.
We bought some local sake and drank it in the room.
Hmmm...this is too much, too refreshing and not enough. I want to eat some white fish sashimi.
The aroma of oak barrels spreads in the mouth. It is refreshing on the palate and easy to drink, with a good balance of sweetness and umami. It can be served at room temperature, but it is best warmed or heated. It is delicious.
This is a cup of sake I received while on a business trip to Omura City, Nagasaki Prefecture.
There is no local sake in Omura, but I was told that this sake is made from Omura-grown Nikkomaru sake rice.
It goes well with Kyushu's dark sweet soy sauce!
