#Fire-infused raw sake
First post. Had a glass of Hi-iru-harazake, a gold medal winning sake, at a nice tasting space! I always thought that Hi-iri sake was refreshing, but this one is refreshing too! A little bitter though!

When heated, the sweetness doubles❗️ like the red bean paste in Daifuku 🫘 This is good ^ ^.
