<A beautiful, clean, aluzoe daiginjo with a pleasant aroma.
This is an aluzoe daiginjo that was awarded a prize at the New Brewers Association.
The aroma has a faint banana ginjo scent.
The mouthfeel is similar to that of the Taiyo to Chi no Shizuku, and it goes in easily. However, the sweetness and acidity like Muscat spreading from there is delightful. The taste here is also mild, but the sweetness and sourness combined with the spread of the aroma is enjoyable. There is little miscellaneous taste, and it cuts cleanly. It is delicious.
If I compare it to Ghibli, it is like a pond in the forest in "Princess Mononoke". The water is full of life, but it is quiet and pure. It is beautiful.

<A mildly tasty sake with a spicy aroma.
I happened to be passing by and went to the directly managed shop of Takeuchi Shuzo, the brewer of Kanoizumi. I've never had this brand before, so I asked them to select a sweet and fruity one for me.
The aroma was slightly alcoholic.
The aroma is slightly alcoholic, with a faint sourness that comes in easily, and a moderate umami and bitterness in the latter half. The taste is mild, but the umami and bitter alcohol aroma spreads in the mouth.
It is a sake that does not interfere with meals, but it is a little lacking on its own.
It may be the ability of the part-timer, but it's not sweet and fruity. I looked it up later, and it has a sake strength of +4. It's not a bad sake, but it's not what I was looking for. A little disappointing.
If I were to use a Ghibli analogy, it would be the man at the meatball soup stall that Pazuzu buys at the beginning of "Castle in the Sky". Does his face come to your mind? I don't think I can. I don't think I remember him very well. The meatball soup looks delicious, though. If I could have met him in a good way, I would have enjoyed it more.

When I bought the "Tasukete kudasemite", which could no longer be exported due to the effects of Corona, I received a letter from the brewery, so I also bought the "Tasukareta".
Takeuchi Sake Brewery, which is closed on Sundays, so it was hard to come here.
Dry taste❗️
It goes well with sashimi.
Please give our best regards to Kanoizumi.

The accompaniment is a button pot.
I opened the bottle that I had bought with "Please save me".
The alcohol content is 20 degrees, so it's very strong, but I didn't feel the sharpness of the alcohol, and I could feel the koji and the flavor.
I would like to enjoy it little by little.

Konan City, Shiga Prefecture. Takeuchi Shuzo. You can drink the "Kozen Tasukedeke Junmai Daiginjo for export" cold sake. The color is almost transparent and very light yellow. The aroma is not so much of a ginjo aroma, but a gentle aroma. The taste is refreshing, slightly sweet and full, but the spiciness catches up with it and the alcohol flavor spreads throughout. I think it's a rice wine with a strong sense of clear liquor... I heard they had some leftover from a bottle they made in Corona for export. At 1,400 yen for a Junmai Daiginjo made with 100% Yamada Nishiki from Hyogo Prefecture, there's no reason not to buy it, and as a drinker, I'll have to save this one...
It is easy to drink, and the taste lives up to the word "extremely dry". The aromatic aroma that lingers in the mouth is very pleasant. It is also great when warmed up.

The accompaniment is salted motsunabe.
We bought this to contribute to the consumption of sake for export, which was left over due to the Corona disaster.
When you open the bottle, the aroma is gorgeous and it has a dry texture reminiscent of white wine, but the rice flavor is very good. Tasty.

I was struck by the impact of "Please help me" and bought it. LOL!
It looks like they manufactured it for export overseas but had a surplus due to the new corona. You can see on the label that they want to do something about it. This is the only way to help.
It is very refreshing on the palate, with a faint sweetness of rice and a crisp dry finish. It is excellent as a food sipper. It doesn't interfere with the food. I wonder if this is the kind of drink that foreign people will like.
But... it's amazing that even if you have a leftover bottle of sake, you can get it back in your hands if you work on the label! Right? I feel a passionate desire not to waste the sake I've worked so hard to create! I'll enjoy the alcohol I helped you with...(^^)
Thanks for your comment, tuna fisherman! It was quite an unusual label that stood out to me, so I bought it immediately. If you see it in the store, please help them out...(^^)
Nice to meet you.
Thank you for introducing me to this always delicious looking sake. I saw this drink on Yahoo News. I was wondering what kind of sake it was.
akk^o^, nice to meet you! Thanks for your comment... I see you were featured on Yahoo! News! Apparently, the nearby liquor store has sold out of them safely, lol!
