Tsukiyoshino is a sake I have always wanted to try.
First, let's start with this classic.
It has a classical taste with a moderate alcohol content.
It has a strong acidity and a moderate sweetness. It is what is called a dry sake.
However, it is not sharp and has a clean aftertaste, so it is a dangerous type of sake that can be drunk easily.
It is best to drink it at room temperature or warmed up.
I thought it was a good sake made with care ❣️.
The second bottle was the remainder of the Tozawa Hitogokochi from the previous Shinshu Kamerei.

I bought this sake when I visited Ueda City, Nagano Prefecture during GW.
While there was a sake in Ueda City that I was looking for, and that is what I bought.
I bought this sake because a friend of mine in Ueda City has a brewery where the chief brewer (a woman) is the chief brewer.
The brewery was actually closed when I went there, but the person who happened to be there opened the bottle for me, saying that she had come from far away... 🙏.
I had never heard of this brewery.
Fruity, aromatic, and very tasty!
The sweetness is also to my liking!
I was told that it is produced in small quantities, so you may not see it in the Kanto area in the future 😢.

Home drinking. Tsukiyoshino Akaguchi Junmai is a pure rice sake with no worries about the overgrown original. The sweet aroma of bubble gum and banana water, thin bubbly feeling, smooth and sour taste, a touch of spicy shrinkage in the middle and end, then a clean rice flavor to finish.
I heard that today is cat day with 2 in a row, but since the shape of 2 looks like a swan, 2 in a row is swan row... so it's non-smoking day ✨I don't smoke, I don't smoke... lol

It's snowy, so it's full of pots and oranges. More ori and full of fresh acidity. It was rather spicy, and when we opened it at the end of the year, it was hard, but it became nice and round.

Shishu shishu ❗️It's quite spicy, not at all what I imagined ^ ^.
It's muscular 💪, with the extra sweetness and the waste cut out and the flavor of the sake concentrated.
It's a foamy, unpasteurized sake, but it can also be served with sashimi or grilled fish❗️.
The time for Tsukimi has passed. It has a slightly matured, lukewarm mouthfeel, and the flavor blossoms when it's warmed up. It's my favorite brand, but I wish more stores would carry it.
I found the lactic acid flavor attractive.
We also tried a heated sake and it was good.
I got the Fujinami family's spare ribs at Isetan Urawa the other day and had them on standby in the freezer.
I had it boiled, and it was hollow and delicious👍.
Today, I went to Iwabitsu mountain in Gunma on a day trip almost directly back home.
