Green. Yamae Nishiki. The natural feeling is very good. When you taste it carefully, you can feel its receptiveness to your needs. A gem recommended for sake lovers.

I heard from a junior colleague that the hegi soba (buckwheat noodles) is delicious, so I visited the izakaya.
First, I had Tsukiyoshino's orikagarami.
The taste is gentle, elegant, and attractive.

The name "Sakura" and the gentle label...no numerical value was given, but my preconception was that it was a sweet, mellow sake.
However, when I drank it, I found it to be a dry sake with a subdued aroma and a clean taste.
It seems to become a little rounder when it is on its lees, but the overall impression remains the same... but it is easy to drink and one can easily go on drinking it.
Lepisorus thunbergiana (species of fern)
Nothing is felt on the tongue except a faint numbness on the lips and throat. In the best sense of the word, it is a refreshing drink.
However, as the description says, "Nama-moto brewed by growing lactic acid bacteria," the lactic acid bacteria drink-like flavor is tremendously assertive. It is tremendous.
Calpis that is not sweet.

This sake has a strong sweetness and aroma. However, it is not very juicy and has a surprisingly clean and strange taste.
