I drank "Kiyosu" from Seishu Sakura Brewery 😀.
It was very refreshing and had a nice sharp aftertaste! 山吹I paired it with simmered karei (dried sardines).
The sake was lightly chilled. It was sweet! The sake-like bitterness and spiciness have completely disappeared, making it easy to drink!
Next time I drink it, I would like to drink it at room temperature to compare the difference with cold.
