Kakushi Ginjo Ginjo-shu: 60% polished rice ratio, 15% alcohol Pear and apple on the nose. The taste is clear and smooth. It has a smooth, slightly weak sweetness and a light umami taste, followed by a refreshing acidity. There is almost no bitterness. It is sold in supermarkets and it is very cosmopolitan. When I looked at the shelves at a nearby Maibasuketto, I was struck by the nostalgic sound of "Kiyosu" and immediately bought on impulse! The taste is like a junmai ginjo, crisp and easy to drink, with a strong aftertaste! This is...The Cosa Award ✨ Kiyosuzakura-san is very much like a paper carton of oni-koroshi, but the taste, bottle and label are great. I want to drink it again☺️.
