Purchased after tasting at Takarazuka Hankyu I thought it was too refreshing from the time I tasted it, but I thought it might be possible during a meal. It's like clear water, but a little smoky. It felt even more refreshing than when I tasted it💦. I wonder if the smokiness is a peculiarity of this brewery. I'd like to have more depth of flavor, but I guess that's not the concept of this sake. I'm sorry to say this after tasting it, but I preferred the hi-ire junmai ginjo, but ended up choosing the nama-shu. I'm a sake drinker, so I got into the bad habit of choosing nama-zake even if I thought the taste was subtle. The smokiness went away when I transferred it to the Sandesi. but it's still smoky😅.

I went to Hanshin Department Store after the Honshuichi tasting, but didn't buy anything... When I visited again on the last day, they were sold out of all the fresh sake, so I regretted that I should have bought Isobeki. After Hanshin Department Store, we went to Takarazuka Hankyu. The Muromachi Sake Brewery from Okayama was there! We drank Sakura Muromachi Junmai Ginjo Bizen Gen It seemed that they had had a special junmai Bizen Gen in the past. I had an image that the special junmai was dry, but the junmai ginjo had a slight ginjo aroma and a clear yet tasty flavor that was quite good! Seto Contract Cultivated Rice Junmai Sake Seto Omachi It tastes good at room temperature or warmed up. Ginjo Nama The same label is not on the official website, but I wonder if Ginjo-Omachi Namaizu is the equivalent product. It was very refreshing and tasted like water, but there was nothing else I wanted so I just bought it 😅. I was surprised at the amount of tasting they gave us 😅. I wanted to drink the Araubashiri Unfiltered Nama Sake that they serve in the winter time. I wish they brought it since the official website says it's in stock 🤔.

Sake made from "Gohyakumangoku" produced in Niigata Prefecture🍶. Good balance between flavor and acidity🙆 Freshness and punchy flavor 🙆 Nama Sake 🍶. Ihyakumangoku 55% polished Sake degree +4 Acidity 1.6 Alcohol 17 What does "Fukuro-tori" mean? Can someone please tell me?

I happened to be at Takarazuka Hankyu and saw that they had a Pink Label that I've been curious about, so I got to try it. I tasted all of them and this one was my favorite, so I bought it. The salesman was a guy I often see at department stores in Kansai, and he also came to a liquor store in our neighborhood. He is in charge of Yamazaru as well as Yonetsuru. It's fruity and fresh with a touch of gas. It has a sweet taste, but the bitterness in the latter half is an accent.

He said that he had already sent all of the 4 cups of this sake to Takarazuka Hankyu, so there was only 1 bottle left. He said that when he comes to Umeda Hankyu, he only has one bottle.
