Impression of the drink
I was shocked.
It showed me how delicious aged sake can be.

KURABERU Series
Clean and refreshing taste.
A little sweetness in the beginning, but spiciness and sourness in the aftertaste 😁.
It had a nice sharpness and was very robust 🙆🙆.
The third item in the KURABERU series☆.
Immediately after drinking, I felt a little sweetness from the rice, followed by bitterness and a strong pungency. The sharpness after drinking was not so clear to me... I guess it is a matter of personal taste, but I would not repurchase it...
Soft, mellow nose of ripe banana, caramel, chestnuts and hazelnuts. There is a creamy aroma present too, like rich cream or milk.
More nuttiness on the palate, with banana and a biscuit-like cereal feeling. Reminds me of banoffee pie with its chocolate like creaminess and nutty, caramel flavour.
Finish is light, medium long.
Good.
