Next to sashimi, tacchiten and Genghis Khan! I wanted to drink cold sake even though it was winter, so I asked for mizoreshu (a kind of sake with grated radish). I drank it for the first time when I was introduced by my friend near Tokyo station. So this is my second time! The sorbet was a bit hard, so I transferred it to a large sake cup and drank it as an adult sorbet sake 🍶. The izakaya that we were introduced to 🏮. They offered us a lot of services! Thank you very much 😊. Sake from Hokkaido, what we have here, the sake level is plus +. Personally, I would have had nothing to say if they had a more fruity sake as well! Thanks to you, the snow is just a flicker during the day. Tomorrow's travel should be no problem. We'll be back, Hakodate 🛩. extensive knowledge How about a frozen sake cocktail? The temperature in the dedicated refrigerator is set to minus 15 degrees Celsius, and super-cooled sake is dropped into a chilled decanter to make it. The shock of contact between the cold sake and the container physically transforms the sake into a sorbet-like liquid, a process that is truly unique. The liquid freezes like a magic trick, making it visually pleasing. The brewer says, "Junmai Ginjo-shu is brewed with plenty of home-polished Yamada-Nishiki and other rice suitable for sake brewing. This sake has an impressive fresh taste and aroma.

In search of a more fruity drink Okushiri found on another menu. It seems to be a sub-brand of Kitano-Nishiki I checked it out and found it listed as one of the many tax returns from the hometown. Let's try it! Sweeter and more fruity than the previous Goho! But it was basically dry! More sashimi, please! Dunko sashimi with liver, raw squid sashimi, and even button shrimps! We can't stop drinking, eating sashimi and talking 🍶🍶🍶🍶! extensive knowledge The first rare local sake made from "rice and water from Okushiri Island," the first sake made on a remote island in Hokkaido. It has a light, clear and refreshing taste. 100% Ginpu produced in Okushiri Town Rice polishing ratio: 60 Sake meter rating: +3 Acidity: 1.9 Alcohol content: 15

Completed my biggest job ever in Hakodate! We should celebrate 🥂. We went to a izakaya in front of the station that a local told us about, Gyosanko (is that a pun on Gyosanko or Dosanko?). After drinking draft beer, we moved on to sake! Mainly sake made in Hokkaido! Let's start with the stable Goho! Special Junmai Sake "Ginpu I've had this sake several times in the past, but tonight it was quite alcoholic! I would have preferred something a little more fruity, but I poured it into a sake cup and enjoyed! Enjoy fresh seafood from Hakodate! Raw oysters and gokko soup! a few words of knowledge Hakodate brewery started brewing sake in southern Hokkaido for the first time in 35 years. This special junmai sake is made with Ginpu, a Ginpu grape produced in Nanae, where the brewery is located. Brewed with local rice, water, and people, Donan terroir is the keyword of this brewery, which produces relatively light sake. It has a mellow flavor in the brewery. Rice used: Ginpu (contract grown rice in Hokkaido) Rice polishing ratio: 55 Alcohol content: 16%.
