The first one is Jungin 🐴 from Kantatema.
It's a sake from Mutsu city and not often sold outside of the local area 😄.
I heard it's called "Kandachime" lol
The aroma is very fruity and intriguing💕.
But when you put it in your mouth, it's full of alcohol 😅.
I think it's pretty harsh 💦.

The sake rice used is "Mutsukahori.
It is a dry sake with a traditional umami taste.
