Cold sake Phew, strong acidity 😳. 50 degrees, full-bodied and sweet. Soft ☺️. 60°, the bad parts are gone and the sweetness is up. It is rich and dry with a tangy aftertaste. Good for warming up.

Authentic taste. Aged aroma, slightly astringent. It really comes into its own when paired with Hachinohe's famous squid cheese "Nakayoshi" 🦑🧀. The squid and cheese make a great combination.
