Yunokou is a sake rice produced to be the best in Iwate. Various sake breweries in Iwate Prefecture brew sake using this rice.
Since I came to Iwate to run the 100 km marathon, I thought it would be a good idea to buy a sake unique to Iwate for my post-marathon dinner.
The sake I bought was made by Ryoban Sake Brewery, and when drunk cold, the sweetness stands out and it is very easy to drink without bitterness.
I'm going to get drunk soon because I'm tired as expected 😱.
