Slightly mature aroma. A little grassy on the palate. But it finishes lighter than expected. Alcoholic taste is strong. It is sticky, bitter, and spicy. A little sourness. Delicious with spicy miso wings and sweetness.

When poured into a glass, it is a light golden yellow color. There is not much aroma. With a sake degree of +7 and a sugar content of 9.2%, it is supposed to be quite dry, but it has an umami taste that does not make you feel it. When heated a little, the acidity comes out. It is common for sourness to appear, but unlike other sake, the umami is enhanced and the taste is mellower than the sourness. It is very tasty.
