The aroma was mild and spicy, but the aftertaste was spicy. It is very tasty in this season because it is a hot pot.

家飲みです。室温22度、ひや（室温）で頂きます。香りは後から追いかけてくる感じです。日本酒らしい口に甘味が少し残ります。ひやでは、味にカドがあるような気がしたので（個人の感想）熱燗にして、再度挑戦。香りが立ち、味に丸みが出た気がします。ラベルに記載の通り、柔らかい喉越しと旨みを楽しめます。話は変わりますが、ラベルに、冷や、常温、熱燗、が別々に記載してありました。冷や＝常温、と思ってましたが、最近は違うのでしょうか？冷えた日本酒は冷酒という考えは古いかも… 言葉は変わっていきますなぁ。
