On a road trip to Shinshu, we stopped by Houraisen Ginjo Kobo on the way and bought 180ml.
As expected, I couldn't buy the 720ml because it is by reservation only 😭.

It has a fruity and elegant aroma
You can taste the elegant sweetness and acidity
And it has a nice sharpness
It is a beautiful sake.

At New Stand Asahi in the Fushimi underground shopping mall in Nagoya. It is said to be quite rare, but even with that caveat, it was quite tasty.
The snacks were takobutsu, kanpachi, and sakatobori.
