This is a very rare and rare premium sake that is rarely available in Aichi Prefecture. I have had a bottle of the nama sake, but this is the first time for me. Even if you make an appointment to buy it from Nagoya City, the location is far away and you have to wait for a year. I really wanted to drink it once, so I ordered it at a premium mail order price. As such, it is a long-awaited sake. The moment you put it in your mouth, you can taste the delicious flavor of Yamada-Nishiki rice. It is a very easy-drinking sake with absolutely no dullness. For a sweet, fruity sake lover like myself, this is a sake that I can't get enough of. I will enjoy it little by little. ★★★★★ Junmai Daiginjo Sake Rice polishing ratio 40

Get your dream drink👏. You told me about it in the comments during my first Sake no Wa post "Sora". I have been dreaming of this day! I'm so emotional 🥹. At my favorite liquor store these days, of course! They let me know on social media that it was in stock and I went there after work💪. I immediately opened the bottle 🍶. Amaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay! I found it to be thicker and sweeter than regular Sora. But the aftertaste is clean and a hint of sweetness remains. I guess I'm the kind of person who drinks too much. But since it's a fresh sake, I'd like to let it grow slowly and carefully. By the way 💫 I was just going in with a "hey, boss" feeling (this is my 3rd visit to the restaurant ⚠), but there was a guy I've never met before 😃. I thought there must be someone updating social networking sites, but he was really there! He told me that this Nama sake is only available at a limited number of distributors, so it was fate that I was able to buy it! Thank you Sake-no-wa circle! 4Gou bottle, 4,180 yen including tax
