ふかきよThe fruity aroma and easy-drinking sweetness followed by bitterness made it delicious and easy to drink, and compared to the empty and original sake we drank together, I thought it was as good as water, so good that I couldn't stop drinking it.
ふかきよThe fruity aroma passes through the nose and the full-bodied sweetness is well perceived, while the subtle acidity and bitterness in the aftertaste feels sharp and delicious, making it an easy drinking sake.
パパゴンMy favorite sake that I've been saving for a long time.
It's been a while, but it's still delicious 😋.
I already recorded my impression when I drank it before,
I'll skip it this time😅.
Thank you very much for the food 😋😋.
叫ぶ蝶We participated in a project where we were offered a cup of sky freshly squeezed the day before, and it was beyond delicious.
The water is super soft and the sake is very soft on the palate, so even though the alcohol content is 16.5 degrees, the saké goes down like a low alcohol. It is sweet and has a slight roughness like a raw sake, with a smooth and satisfying aftertaste.

叫ぶ蝶Good evening, Jay & Nobby. Thank you for the sake relationship friends. It seems that the Houraisen Haru no Kotobure Jun Daigin Namawara to be released next month is made from the same 40% Yamadanishiki as the Sora, so it may have a similar taste.
月輪檜扇I felt the flavor was better when it was a little closer to room temperature than when it was chilled to a perfect temperature, as rumored.
It was delicious and worthy of the premium price!
だてしんThere is little or no gassiness, and the smoothness of the mouthfeel is remarkable. It is characterized by a sweetness in the middle and a subtle bitterness in the aftertaste. It has a good sense of balance and is an all-rounder sake.
liontaroI applied for this sake directly at the brewery and waited over a year for it to arrive directly to me. It was worth the trip to the brewery in the mountains.
This is the first time I've had it, and it's still a delicious sake.
