This is a brand new to me.
It seems to be a sake that is not often sold.
But there is nothing wrong with special junmai.
It has a sour taste, but it is addictive with a delicious acidity.
Best when paired with Nori!

It's sleek and heavy😵 a little bit difficult to handle. But when you pair it with fried squid (cuttlefish) with liver and miso, it's clear and smooth😆. It was a nice drink in the meal.
