Yamakoshi, which I bought at the Square Sake Shop in Shima Onsen. I saw it for the first time and bought it immediately. It has a refreshing taste that makes the best use of terraced rice, like Kamizen Nyosui.

🌋 Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice Koji (domestic) Rice polishing ratio: 60 Alcohol content: 15%. This is a brand new to me. It seems to be a sake that is not often sold. But there is nothing wrong with special junmai. It has a sour taste, but it is addictive with a delicious acidity. Best when paired with Nori! 5 of us are drinking it impatiently 😁.
