Dark❗️Sweetness explosion💥.
This is soooo good 😆.
Sweet 🍑 juicy like a peach (o^^o)
The acidity is just right, and I feel like I'm going to drink it with gusto, which is scary.
It's so good that I might go to the brewery opening ❗️ ^ ^ ^

Slightly sweet and dry 😋. Sweet and spicy😋. This is a sake to be enjoyed slowly rather than sipped. The temperature should be around room temperature. It is also mellow when paired with potato mousse with sea urchin. It turns into a crisp dry sake.

It's so good!
First, it stimulates my tongue with sizzling water. I'm not sure if it's a good thing or not.
I'm not sure how much I'm going to pay for this, but I'm sure it'll be worth it.
I'll buy as much as I can for 1150 yen for this (o^^o)
Pale yellow in colour, the nose is of grapes, pears, kiwi and lychee, the palate has a sweet and slightly thick attack, with a refreshing acidity, elegant sweet and sour, lively acidity, freshly pressed raw sake flavour, but not heavy. In the nose, the density of the alcohol spreads. 16%.
On the way back from fishing in Sotobo, I found a brewery I didn't know about, so I visited it!
I talked to the brewer and bought two bottles, one that he recommended and one that I personally liked.
I drank the one I liked first.
Cold sake
A gentle aroma of rice.
You can feel the strong alcohol, but the bitterness and deliciousness are combined, and the aftertaste lingers in the mouth for a long time.
It is not a modern taste, so there are different tastes, but it is an honest classic type that goes well with Japanese food.
There are more sakes in Chiba that I haven't tried yet!
