It was a gift at the beginning of the year. I remember drinking it for the first time last year and it was very tasty. This year is no different, with a fresh, slightly sweet flavor that goes well with refreshing food. (Today, I had kamaboko as a snack.) Japanese sweets made with azuki beans would also go well with this drink! I hope we can drink it again next year!

Chiba Prefecture! There are many good sake! (I am not from Chiba Prefecture) Now, Inahana Sake Brewery. It is a small sake brewery in Joso Ichinomiya, but they do not sell their sake to outside customers! It may look like you are not allowed to enter the premises of the brewery, but you can enter without any problem. The sake we tried this time. At the moment of drinking, you may feel that the sake is a bit thin. But after a little while, the sake's delicious flavor and sweetness come to the surface! Interesting! It seems that this sake is not widely available, but if you have a chance to try it, please do so! There was also another sake that was twice as tasty if you shook the bottle after drinking it normally! I'll have to buy some next time,
