When drunk normally, it tastes quite robust. It is a very intoxicating sake. When you drink it with some air, it becomes a little more gorgeous, but it also has a cemedine taste. I wonder what kind of situation it would go well with, with nabe (hot pot), or drinking it slowly on a long autumn night.

For cheap and tasty drinks 🍶🎵. This time from Chiba Prefecture 🍶 Inahana Sake Brewery ✨ Inahana Nigori Sake Seikatsu-shu Alcohol content 14%. I bought this on the way back from a fishing expedition ✨If there's an active nigori, you have to buy it 😁🎵. When I opened the bottle, there was 💨 dancing from the bottom 🎵Surprisingly, I was able to open it easily and maturely👍. The 💨 is rough and bumpy 💡. The aroma is subdued and refreshing 😌The mouthfeel is fresh and invigorating ✴The sweetness is subdued and the lingering bitterness is impressive 🎵The taste is clean, light, and easy to drink, but I personally prefer a little more umami 😁.

さけまる

Junmai with a pleasantly persistent acidity. At room temperature, the acidity and bitterness continue. The acidity remains after swallowing, but it is pleasant. When heated, the alcohol is less stimulating, but the acidity remains the same, smoldering pleasantly in the back of the tongue. The acidity is strong, but it is different from the sour type that is popular nowadays. Good.

Opened March 6, 2022 Purchased at the brewery Recommended by the brewer🍶. Dark❗️Sweetness explosion💥. This is soooo good 😆. Sweet 🍑 juicy like a peach (o^^o) The acidity is just right, and I feel like I'm going to drink it with gusto, which is scary. It's so good that I might go to the brewery opening ❗️ ^ ^ ^

Junmai-Nippon Harui🌾Hatsunishiki🌾 Slightly sweet and dry 😋. Sweet and spicy😋. This is a sake to be enjoyed slowly rather than sipped. The temperature should be around room temperature. It is also mellow when paired with potato mousse with sea urchin. It turns into a crisp dry sake. Ikken Fugetsu @ Chiba Station Building 20211009
