I bought this on the way back from a fishing expedition ✨If there's an active nigori, you have to buy it 😁🎵.
When I opened the bottle, there was 💨 dancing from the bottom 🎵Surprisingly, I was able to open it easily and maturely👍.
The 💨 is rough and bumpy 💡.
The aroma is subdued and refreshing 😌The mouthfeel is fresh and invigorating ✴The sweetness is subdued and the lingering bitterness is impressive 🎵The taste is clean, light, and easy to drink, but I personally prefer a little more umami 😁.
Junmai with a pleasantly persistent acidity. At room temperature, the acidity and bitterness continue. The acidity remains after swallowing, but it is pleasant.
