[Breath] Delicious 😋. You can feel the mellowness of the sake and the deliciousness of the rice! It's not a food sake, but a sake to be enjoyed with a little bit of wine! I want to buy it again. Inahana sake suits me. I want to try another one. It makes me feel like that ^_^.

Delicious! A crisp, yet mellow and full Junmai sake with a rich aftertaste! I went to the sake brewery and bought it. With all due respect, I had no idea about this sake, so I had to stop by while visiting Tamamae Shrine in Joso Ichinomiya. A definite repeat purchase ^_^.

When I was young (in my late 20s), I wondered if such a delicious sake existed. This sake made me realize how good sake could be when I was young (in my late 20s). Now that I am in my 40s, the sweetness is starting to bother me a little. I have rediscovered that a crisp junmai sake suits me better than a junmai ginjo sake. It was delicious!

Purchased on a visit to a sake brewery in Koshi. 4 bottles for a little over 1,200 yen. The taste is full and rich, with an eight-minute polish. It is a little spicy and rich. It is not a food sake. I enjoyed it while feeling the rice and sake.

I received it as a souvenir from Kiro on New Year's Day 2024 and enjoyed it at home. It is a junmai ginjo with a light dry taste. It is not too sweet, and the umami comes after it becomes crisp. But it is better to drink it early than during the meal.
