Chiba Prefecture is Kururi. There are many sake breweries and a sake brewery museum in front of the station, which is exciting for sake lovers! This time, the Yoshizaki Sake Brewery's Nama-no-Hara Sake. Is this really a pure sake? It is so clear and crisp that it makes you wonder if it is really sake. But after drinking it, you can taste the umami flavor. This is priced at 1,650 yen! It is wonderful! It is 17 degrees. It takes less than 5 minutes to walk from JR Kururi Station. I would like to try the bamboo sake, which I haven't had yet,

Otokoyama Shuzo's Nama-shu, brewed during the harsh winter season. It seems to be limited to Hokkaido! It is dry, but has a full flavor and a slight sweetness after drinking. I like it. Too bad I can't buy it when I get home! It's a pity that I can't buy it when I go home, because I can't take it home with me while touring, If you visit Asahikawa, Hokkaido, be sure to take a tour of the factory and the museum! You can buy many limited edition sake only at the factory.

Chiba Prefecture! There are many good sake! (I am not from Chiba Prefecture) Now, Inahana Sake Brewery. It is a small sake brewery in Joso Ichinomiya, but they do not sell their sake to outside customers! It may look like you are not allowed to enter the premises of the brewery, but you can enter without any problem. The sake we tried this time. At the moment of drinking, you may feel that the sake is a bit thin. But after a little while, the sake's delicious flavor and sweetness come to the surface! Interesting! It seems that this sake is not widely available, but if you have a chance to try it, please do so! There was also another sake that was twice as tasty if you shook the bottle after drinking it normally! I'll have to buy some next time,

This time, it is a junmai namaishu with a rice polishing ratio of 77%. Higashinada often releases sake with a low rice polishing ratio, sometimes as low as 96% 😁. It tastes dark, sweet, and sour! It is quite unique. If I were to use an analogy, it would be Lao Lao sake! It's a bit close to Lao Lao (sorry for the weird analogy). It is completely different from what is called "light" or "full" sake, but if you want something different, this might be a good choice. It's a strange comment, but it is a delicious sake!

Kashiwamori original sake for the first time in a long time. It has a unique taste. It is not only dry, but also has the taste of aged sake in its amber color. If you are not a fan of sake, it may be too much for you, but if not, you can enjoy a slightly different and elegant taste. If you show your Tobu Railway Nikko Maas ticket, you will receive an oinokuchi (sake cup). It is a good idea to have a cup on the limited express on your way home! (From Shimoimoichi Station)

Nama Shiboritate (3.17, Kanzaki-cho, Chiba Prefecture, Niiyu Festival Limited Edition Sake) The first festival in 5 years (apparently), 2 sake breweries and the whole town together. There is even a special train 😅. For more details about the festival, please refer to the web. And this sake. It's a little bit carbonated? It has a refreshing and moderate sweetness with a slight acidity. It has a lingering aftertaste. It is suitable for both sake fans and those who do not like sake. Koshi Tachiharu Hatsu Shibori from nearby Shisui might be close to this. I guess 2,000 yen for such a good sake is a bargain. I'll have to go back next year. However, I strongly recommend taking the train that arrives at Shimofusa-Kanzaki around 9:00 a.m., as it will be very crowded!
