In Mutsu City, Aomori Prefecture. Sake from a brewery in Mutsu City. Mmmm. Not my favorite type of sake, but when I drank it with tuna from Oma, the sweetness of the fish increased and it was delicious.

Junmai 慎ぐぐ✨🌾 Aomori train journey ~ souvenir. I bought it in Oma. I bought it in Oma and paired it with salted sea urchin to make it milder 😋. I'm sure you'll love it. I'm sure you'll love it! I bought it at a supermarket in Shimoburo, Kazamaura Village. 20210717

#Aomori's Local Sake Online 2021 Event Set 4 - 2nd This day's snacks included 38 canned Hachinohe mackerel bars with yuzu and pepper flavors, egg tofu, and cucumber with miso. I've been unable to upload my impressions of the event, and I've forgotten the snacks, so this is just the information you can see in the photos... Sekinoi Sake Brewery, Regular Sake, Sake Meter: +1.0, Acidity: 1.8, Alcohol Content: 15.4%.
