I'm digging up my memory😵 I met it when I went back to Kyoto for pints 💖 I've drunk this brand before, but it was my favorite refreshing refreshing ⤴️⤴️.
You're in Kusatsu🤔
This is a good sake that won't get in the way of a meal, but Doshan's cheaper, freshly squeezed sake tastes a whole lot better than anything else I've had.
I've been drinking Dougan again 🥂.
Gorgeous ginjo aroma and rich flavor 😋 Light and refreshing 15 degrees alcohol nama-gara sake 🤤 Very light gas feeling, pleasant and delicious ✌️.
The nose is clear and pale yellow, with aromas of cooked rice, straw and yoghurt. The first impression on the palate is of a layered bouquet with a slight sweetness, but the overall taste is still pungent, not bitter, but sour and not obvious. The wine is on the crisp side, with a short finish.
The man at the nearby liquor store who knows me makes me buy it every time! This is the third time I've had it at Sake no Wa (I've had more...) I've only ever had the freshly brewed sake, but this is the unfiltered, unpasteurized version 🤤 It's fruity, sweet, delicious, refreshing, and has just the right amount of tingling. It's always good to drink!
As the name of Ota Brewery indicates, Doshan is a distant ancestor of the brewery.
I found out that he has a grave in Kanagawa.
It just so happens that Kazuhiko Ohta is in Odawara!
This is a dry Junmaishu with a strong flavor, but the hidden acidity and good water quality are wonderful!
It's not heavy, but it has a sense of body. It's not as modern as the others, but it's not unrefined, and it goes well with food.
It's an exquisite sake.
It is also very inexpensive and really good!
It doesn't have the unique character of Shiga Prefecture, but is a national sake.
I love Kamakura, Shonan and Shizuoka so much that I've never been to Odawara, but when I learned about sake I suddenly felt the attraction!
I can see why Mr. Ota praises it as the best sake in Japan (I think he says it every week)!
Shinjyo-san, every time❗️
I see, it is Ota Doshan👍.
I'm not sure what to make of it.
I'm sure you'll be happy to know that I'm not the only one who has a problem with this.
Every time! Mr. Haruei Chichi.
Sake has a lot of historical connections, so it's a double treat!
I'm especially happy that many of my favorite sakes are historical!
( -́ὼ ) It seems that there are more than 100 izakaya in Japan!
I forgive you because it is certainly a convincing restaurant!
I found this at Izumiya in Rakuboku Square. I bought it on the spur of the moment, but my wife, who is not a fan of sake, and I both agreed that it was delicious.
Junmai, Tamasakae 60% polished rice, 15%.
sake with fire
The aroma is of light maturity, raisins and green grass.
The taste is spicy with little sweetness. The bitterness is especially strong.
A good dry sake for a meal.
