今回は会津はスルーして、郡山の渡辺酒造本店のお酒をチョイス。地元向けの御神酒酒屋が元らしい。そう言われると昔地元の神社の初詣で味わった御神酒っぽい味がする🤭
冷やすとスッキリ過ぎて物足りない。燗にするとお米のコクと甘さが少し出てくるけど、基本はすーっと呑める苦酸。温度上げた方が美味しくなる。鍋とか温かい和食に合わせたい味。

The last of the Koriyama drinks was Snow Komachi
Students were getting on and off at stations along the way, so we were drinking quietly...
Now the train is deserted. I am so grateful to the railroad company for keeping the local line running!

This is a refreshing sake
Even if you don't have anything to drink, you will drink it in gulps!
When you drink it, you will feel a slight sweetness in your mouth, which disappears quickly and leaves you with a refreshing aftertaste!

It happened to be a campaign.
I compared the two, and I think the dry sake is a safe match for Japanese food. When I came to my senses, I found that I drank much less of this sake. Maybe it's because it's easy to enjoy with food and it's what I prefer.

Snow Komachi🤗
I had never seen or heard of this sake before, but this is the first time I've had it 🤗.
Lately, hiyaoroshi sake is coming out one after another 🍶. It was so hot that it melted today, but already autumn sake...😔. I guess it's the effect of global warming, but I feel uncomfortable with the sense of season....... LOL!
But when I see autumn leaves patterned label 🍁, I buy it 😆.
Junmai Daiginjo for 1,800 yen ⁉️ is very cosy 👍🏼.
The taste is... beautifully dry ‼️ lol
Not too much sweetness, not too much aroma, not too much acidity, not too much alcohol...that's too much!
So it was beautifully dry 🍶🍶.
