Yukikomachi was recommended to me as the last bottle at the liquor store I usually go to. It was my first time drinking it. It has a strong taste of rice, and is a very rich and robust sake. It has a strong umami flavor and is very robust. It is easy to drink, although there is a bit of spiciness in the aftertaste. Fukushima sake is delicious 😋.

It is a junmai daiginjo, but it is quite refreshingly dry. I like it dry, so it is delicious, but I am having sukiyaki today, so it may not go well with that.

I put it in my mouth with the image of a gorgeous sake, but it was unexpectedly sharp and clean. I paired it with sukiyaki, but it was just too sharp and clean to be a good combination. I was not satisfied with the combination.

I went on a business trip and received this sake. I drank it as a food sake. It had a nice acidity and was very easy to drink. It is fun to encounter sake that you don't know about.

Drinking Iron Journey: Space Sake at the end. I am sorry. I couldn't feel the universe with my tongue, but it is what is called a dry sake. It is a sake that seems to cut out only the best parts of the rice. After the ginjo aroma from the nose, there is a slight tangy sensation on the tongue, and then it leaves the palate with a clear sensation. I thought it was a model of a good sake. The last photo is of Sugokukatai ice cream sold on the Tokaido Shinkansen train. I guess I will finish eating it soon, since it will no longer be sold in the train.
