I like to let my sake rest, so this one seems to have rested for four years.
To be honest, I wanted this bottle at the time (laughs).
I think the host brewery at this time was the Isshaku Suisei brewery.

For a moment, I felt a fluffy rice-like aroma, but after that it was milky? It's not a strong aroma.

Next 5 is a planned sake by a unit of young brewery managers in Akita Prefecture.
The 2018 edition is a collaboration with Hegemono.
I bought it at Hasegawa Sake Store online and it's been lying in the back of the fridge for a long time, but my son came home and I opened it. (^○^)
Since it was well preserved, I enjoyed it very much.
It was well-balanced, and the sourness, the umami, and the sweetness were just like the sake of Akita. (⌒-⌒)

At an izakaya in the neighborhood. It was 1,700 yen for half a bottle.
